Gates Radiator Coolant Hose P/N:22708
$95.99

Keep coolant circulating between the radiator and the engine with the Gates Radiator Coolant Hose 22708, a lower-position modular hose that drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2002-2005 Chevrolet Cavalier and 2002-2005 Pontiac Sunfire equipped with the L4-2.2L engine. Gates builds its modular coolant hoses for specific applications, integrating OEM-exact hose components such as quick connects, branch connectors/tees, and sensors where the original design calls for them.

  • EPDM construction: EPDM tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement and a heat-, ozone- and chemical-coolant-resistant EPDM cover.
  • Vacuum resistant: specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum.
  • Resists electrochemical degradation: engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure.
  • Meets SAE specs: meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 under 25 mm (1 in.) ID and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 for 25 mm (1 in.) ID and over, with a temperature range of -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C).

Gates recommends replacing the clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed. Caution: do not use for fuel or oil transfer applications. Made in the United States.
