Four Seasons HVAC Blend Door Actuator,HVAC Mode Door Actuator P/N:73002
Four Seasons 37531 recirculation door actuator for the 1995-2011 Ford Ranger and other vehicles is the small motor that moves the HVAC air door when you change the climate controls.
A failing actuator can show up as clicking or ticking from behind the dash, or as airflow that stays on one setting. A broken linkage or a loose connector looks much the same, so inspect those by eye with the engine off before you replace the actuator. A shop can test the electrical side.
It also fits the 1995-2002 Ford Explorer and the 2002-2004 Ford Expedition, among others.
In the box: lever arm, gear, cam gear hardware and linkage, as applicable to the application.
