Dorman - OE Solutions HVAC Blower Motor Resistor Kit P/N:973-562
Dorman 973-564 blower motor resistor kit for the 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvette and other vehicles replaces an overheated or corroded original resistor. The Dorman blower motor resistor kit, also called an HVAC blower motor resistor kit, adds a harness pigtail.
A blower that runs on only some speeds or not at all can mean the resistor is worn, and a melted or corroded plug is another sign. A weak blower motor, a blown fuse or a faulty control switch can also leave the fan dead or stuck on one speed, so find out which one is at fault before you order.
This kit fits the 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvette, the 1997-2004 Buick Century, the 1997-2004 Buick Regal and more vehicles besides. It directly replaces the original equipment on select years, makes and models. If your car isn't named here, run it through the "Vehicles it fits" section.
