Four Seasons 73070 recirculation door actuator for the 2006-2014 Volkswagen Jetta and other vehicles is the motor that moves the HVAC air door between fresh and recirculated cabin air.
- Engineered and tested for years of trouble-free operation, backed by over 50 years of mobile A/C experience.
- Meets or exceeds OE specifications for fit and function.
- Quality internal motor, drive gears, electronics and connections.
When an HVAC recirculation door actuator wears out, you may hear ticking or clicking from the dash, or the air may stay on one source whatever you select. Either can mean the actuator is failing. Before you replace it, rule out a blown fuse, a loose connector and a door that binds in its housing, since any of them can leave the air stuck on one setting.
This actuator fits many Volkswagen models, including the 2012-2018 Volkswagen Tiguan and the 2010-2014 Volkswagen Golf. If your car isn't one of these, look it up under the "Vehicles it fits" section by year, model and engine.
