Keep every mile controlled with the KYB Gas-a-just Shock Absorber KG6199, a rear high-pressure monotube gas shock that drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1989-1992 Chevrolet W4500 Tiltmaster, 1992-1995 GMC W4500 Forward, and 1986-1995 Isuzu NPR (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine details). This KYB shock absorber uses a monotube design that separates the nitrogen gas and hydraulic oil so it resists fade and responds instantly, without the aeration that can affect traditional twin-tube shocks.

Worn shocks may show up as excessive bounce, nose dive, or poor body control; if the original rear shock is the cause, this KYB Gas-a-just replaces it. Sold individually; replace both sides as a matched pair for balanced control.
