Description

Soften harsh suspension impacts and help keep your front struts from bottoming out with the KYB Suspension Strut Bumper SB140. This poly foam travel-limiting bumper drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the front suspension of the 2006-2010 Jeep Commander and the 2005-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee, cushioning the strut at the top of its compression stroke.

Also called a jounce bumper, it sits on the strut and acts as a cushion when the suspension reaches full travel. As the poly foam ages, cracks, or crumbles, that protection is lost — replacing it restores the intended travel-limiting cushion.
