Restore the designed control and handling on the front-left corner of your compact with the KYB Excel-G Suspension Strut 234036, a nitrogen gas-charged replacement that drops in as a direct-fit for the 1989-1992 Geo Prizm and 1988-1992 Toyota Corolla (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment). Built on the same KYB OE assembly lines with OE-quality components, the Excel-G is calibrated to restore a vehicle's original, designed damping — earning KYB's OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) classification.

Twin-tube, nitrogen gas-charged design: the same construction KYB supplies to global OEM programs, with vehicle-specific, hand-assembled damping valves that manage tire contact, steering response and body movement.
Triple-lip fluid seal: designed to reduce the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Strong strut body and brackets: thick, rigid construction that minimizes flex to help maintain correct alignment.
Made in USA. A KYB-recommended OEM-replacement strut that helps electronic safety systems perform as designed.
