Description

Keep the front suspension damping the way the factory intended with the KYB Suspension Strut 235632, a nitrogen gas-charged Excel-G unit that installs as a direct-fit replacement in the front right position on the 1996-1998 Subaru Legacy. Part of KYB's Excel-G (OEA — Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) line, it is built to restore the vehicle's original ride control, stability and handling rather than change it.

Twin-tube, gas-charged design: A nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube strut engineered to help manage tire contact, steering response and body movement.
Triple lip fluid seal: Uses a triple lip fluid seal to reduce the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific valving: Hand-assembled, vehicle-specific damping valves calibrated to help restore the designed control and handling.
Made in USA with strong, thick strut bodies and brackets to minimize flex and help maintain correct alignment.
