Restore the designed control and handling of your Hyundai Accent with the KYB Excel-G Suspension Strut 332081, a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube unit built for the rear left position. It drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1995-1997 Hyundai Accent (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine details), and as an OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) part it's calibrated to restore the vehicle's original, designed performance rather than change it.

• Twin-tube, gas-charged design: a nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube strut made on KYB OE assembly lines with the same OE-quality components used in their global OEM products.
• Triple-lip fluid seal: reduces the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
• Vehicle-specific damping valves: hand assembled in-house to correctly manage tire contact, steering response, and body movement.
• Strong, thick strut body and brackets: among the industry's thickest, minimizing flex to help maintain correct alignment in all conditions.

The Excel-G also helps keep Electronic Safety Systems performing as designed, since those systems depend on the suspension, brakes, and tires. KYB recommends installing new strut mounts (part number SM5148) to reduce the chance of noise and vibration, and protecting the strut with a KYB Strut Boot (part number SB103).
