Description

Settle the ride and bring back the factory control of your import SUV with the KYB Suspension Strut 334263, a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube Excel-G unit built to restore your vehicle's originally designed handling, stability, and stopping response. It installs in the rear right position as a direct-fit replacement for the 1999-2003 Lexus RX300 and the 2001-2003 Toyota Highlander (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment).

OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket): made on the same KYB OE assembly lines with the same OE-quality components, calibrated to restore original designed performance rather than change it.
Strong strut bodies and brackets: KYB uses thick strut bodies and brackets to minimize flex and help maintain correct alignment in varied conditions.
Triple-lip fluid seal: designed to reduce the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific damping: hand-assembled, in-house damping valves manage tire contact, steering response, and body movement, helping electronic safety systems perform as designed.

To reduce the chance of noise and vibration, KYB recommends installing new strut mounts (part number SM5175), and you can protect the new strut from dirt, debris, and salt with a KYB Strut Boot (part number SB101). Made in USA.
