Bring the ride control, stability, and handling of your 2007-2008 Ford Edge or Lincoln MKX back toward its designed performance with the KYB Excel-G Suspension Strut 334645, a front-left gas strut. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications (all engines).

Nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube design: the Excel-G is calibrated to help restore the vehicle's original, designed control and handling rather than change it.
Triple lip fluid seal: designed to reduce the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific damping valves: hand-assembled in-house to manage tire contact, steering response, and body movement.
Thick strut body and brackets: built to minimize flex and help maintain correct alignment in varied conditions.

Made on KYB's OE assembly lines, the Excel-G earns the OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) classification and is a preferred professional choice. It includes an internal rebound bumper; a bump stop and dust cover are not included. Protect it with a KYB Strut Boot (part number SB102), sold separately. Specs: 7.33 in stroke, 14.52 in compressed length, 21.85 in extended length. Sold individually; replacing both sides together as a matched pair is recommended for balanced handling.
