Keep your Honda planted and controlled with the KYB Excel-G Suspension Strut 341072, a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube unit that installs as a direct-fit replacement in the front right position on the 1986-1989 Honda Accord and 1988-1991 Honda Prelude (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level applications). Classified OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket), the Excel-G is built on KYB's OE assembly lines using OE-quality components and is calibrated to restore the vehicle's originally designed damping — not change it.

Twin-tube gas design: nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube construction that includes the same quality components used in KYB's global OEM products.
Triple-lip fluid seal: reduces the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific damping valves: hand assembled in-house to help manage tire contact, steering response, and body movement.
