Restore controlled, composed ride quality with the KYB Excel-G Suspension Strut 341271, a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube rear strut that installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 2000-2001 Infiniti I30 and 2000 Nissan Maxima (see the Buyer's Guide tab for full engine details). Classified OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket), the Excel-G is built on the same KYB OE assembly lines with the same OE-quality components and calibrated to restore the vehicle's originally designed control and handling — not change it.

Twin-tube, nitrogen gas-charged design: includes every quality component found in KYB's global OEM products and is the preferred choice of many professional technicians.
Triple-lip fluid seal: designed to reduce the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific damping valves: hand assembled in-house to manage tire contact, steering response, and body movement.
Strong, thick strut body and brackets: designed to minimize flex and help maintain correct alignment.
