KYB Suspension Strut P/N:335052
Dial in your own ride control with the KYB AGX Adjustable Suspension Strut 741005, a front-right damping-rate-adjustable strut for the 1994-2001 Acura Integra, 1992-1995 Honda Civic, and 1993-1997 Honda Civic del Sol (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level applications). The AGX lets enthusiasts tune damping without special tools, quickly and as often as you like.
To reduce the chance of noise and vibration, KYB recommends installing new strut mounts (part number SM5058), and protecting your new struts from dirt, debris, and salt with a KYB Strut Boot (part number SB108).
What position does this strut fit?
It is cataloged as the front-right suspension strut for the listed applications. Confirm fitment for your vehicle in the Buyer's Guide tab.
How much can I adjust the damping?
The KYB AGX lets you increase individual corner damping up to 125% more than the vehicle's OEM design, adjusting both rebound and compression with one setting.
Do I need special tools to adjust it?
No. Depending on application it uses an eight-position knob or a four-position screwdriver slot, and it adjusts externally without lifting the vehicle or removing the tires.
Will it work with my car's ABS and stability control?
Yes. The AGX is engineered to help vehicles equipped with electronic safety systems such as ESC and ABS.
Should I replace the strut mounts too?
To reduce the chance of noise and vibration, KYB recommends installing new strut mounts (part number SM5058) and adding a KYB Strut Boot (part number SB108).
