Keep the rear suspension located and the camber dialed in with the Mevotech Supreme Lateral Arm (CMS601181). It installs as a direct-fit replacement in the rear lower rearward position and fits many vehicles, among them the 2008-2017 Honda Accord, 2012-2015 Honda Crosstour and 2010-2011 Honda Accord Crosstour (see the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list and engine-level fitment).

Corrosion resistance: a protective surface treatment helps prevent rust build-up and supports longevity.
Camber adjustment: provides a camber adjustment range of ±1.0°, so alignment can be set within that window during installation.
Direct-fit design: a replacement lateral arm for the listed Honda and Acura applications.

The lateral arm helps locate the wheel and maintain proper rear geometry.
