A wheel bearing and hub assembly supports the wheel and lets it rotate with low friction. It may need replacing if you notice a humming or growling noise that changes with vehicle speed, or looseness or play at the wheel. If a worn front hub bearing is the cause, MB50308 replaces the complete assembly.
