- Beefy and durable: upgraded to forged steel construction, with a filled-in hole/recess, a structure change and a thicker cross section for increased durability. Sintered bearings are used for toughness and are intended for longer-lasting performance.

- Simple to service and faster to fit: a 180 degree SAE grease fitting is included, and a part-specific locking nut is provided to speed up ball joint installation.

Signs that a front upper control arm or ball joint may need replacing include clunking or knocking over bumps, loose or wandering steering, and uneven tire wear. Other components can cause the same symptoms, so diagnose the cause before replacing. Have the alignment checked after installation.
