It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 2004-2006 Lexus RX330, 2007-2009 Lexus RX350, 2006-2008 Lexus RX400h, and 2004-2007 Toyota Highlander — see the "Vehicles it fits" section for engine-level details.

Reduced noise, vibration and harshness: the Twin Technology Active Control System delivers control under most driving conditions while isolating impact-related noise, vibration and harshness.
Application-tuned valving: rod-displaced valving, tuned to each vehicle, adjusts to road extremes for a consistent, smooth ride on most applications.
Control and durability: a PTFE-banded piston provides consistent sealing between the piston and pressure tube, while a nitrogen gas charge helps maintain tire-to-road contact by reducing aeration on most applications.
