This front bushing seats at the alignment adjustment point so a technician can set caster and camber during a wheel alignment. If your Ford or Mazda shows uneven tire wear, an off-center steering wheel, or a pull a standard alignment can't fully correct, worn or non-adjustable original hardware may be the cause, and this adjustable bushing provides the range to reset those angles.
