MOOG Chassis Products Steering Tie Rod End P/N:ES2954
Tighten up loose, wandering steering with the MOOG Chassis Products Steering Tie Rod End ES2222L, a greaseable at-pitman-arm tie rod end that drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1984-1990 Jeep Cherokee, 1986-1990 Jeep Comanche, and 1984-1990 Jeep Wagoneer. It links the steering linkage to help transmit steering input to the wheels and hold proper alignment.
The ball studs are heat treated to match or exceed OE requirements to inhibit premature failure and improve fatigue strength, and precision tolerances make for easy installation and steering alignment. If a worn tie rod end is the cause of loose steering, uneven tire wear, or clunking in the linkage, this replaces it. Positioned at the pitman arm; installed per the vehicle service procedure.
