This premium-grade front lower ball joint is a direct-fit replacement for the 2018-2023 Jeep Wrangler [All] and the 2020-2023 Jeep Gladiator [All], which use two (one on each side). It pivots the steering knuckle and connects the front lower control arm, letting the wheels steer and travel while carrying load, so worn examples show up as loose, sloppy steering, clunks, and uneven tire wear.
