MSD 85833 distributor drive gear for the 1975-1985 Ford F-150 V8 5.0L and other vehicles meshes with the camshaft gear to turn the distributor shaft. It is made for engines with a roller cam, and its low-friction coating process is intended for an easy break-in period.
