This wide-band sensor drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2006-2015 Mazda MX-5 Miata (L4-2.0L) and the 2011-2014 Mazda 2 (L4-1.5L). Unlike a conventional switching oxygen sensor that only reads rich or lean, this wide-band A/F sensor produces a linear output signal, so the ECU can determine exactly how rich or lean the engine is running and continuously fine-tune the air-fuel mixture toward stoichiometric for cleaner combustion.
This standard-replacement wide-band sensor uses M18-1.5 metric threads with a 7 mm thread length. A mounting bracket is not included. Country of origin: Spain.
