Nugeon Disc Brake Caliper P/N:99-00572A
Nugeon 99-00952A rear right brake caliper for the 2002-2004 Honda Odyssey presses the brake pads against the rotor to slow the wheel. This remanufactured Nugeon brake caliper replaces a worn or sticking caliper at that wheel.
A worn disc brake caliper can show up as a pull to one side when braking, a wheel that runs hot, uneven pad wear or fluid around the caliper. None of these alone proves the caliper is at fault, since a collapsed brake hose is another common source of a dragging brake.
It is a direct-fit caliper for the 2002-2004 Honda Odyssey. Each side of the rear axle takes one caliper; this listing is the right one, the left is ordered separately, and the two are normally done at the same time.

Brake pads, anti-squeal shims, the bleeder screw cap, wear sensors, caliper and pad hardware and the bracket mounting bolts are not included; plan on new mounting bolts, since the old ones may not be reusable.
Is the Nugeon 99-00952A caliper the rear right one for a 2002-2004 Honda Odyssey?
Yes, Nugeon 99-00952A is the rear right caliper for the 2002-2004 Honda Odyssey; the rear left takes its own separate caliper.

What size is the piston on this rear right caliper?
The single steel piston is 38 mm (1.496 in) across. The caliper is a floating type with an M10-1.0 bleeder screw thread.
Can a rear caliper that drags make the car pull to one side?
Yes, it can. A dragging caliper can leave one wheel hot, wear the pads unevenly or pull the car to one side, so have a shop look at it promptly rather than driving on it.
Is the housing on this caliper cast iron?
Yes. The housing is cast iron with a rust preventative finish, and the piston is steel.
