Nugeon Disc Brake Caliper P/N:99-00564B
Nugeon 99-02401B rear left brake caliper for the 2007-2015 Mini Cooper squeezes the brake pads against the rotor to slow the wheel. This is a remanufactured Nugeon brake caliper, also called a disc brake caliper.
Pulling to one side under braking, uneven pad wear or fluid around the rear wheel can come from a caliper that sticks or leaks. A worn rotor, tired pads or a damaged brake hose can be behind these signs too, so find the cause before buying a caliper.
This brake caliper is a direct-fit replacement for the rear left position of the 2007-2015 Mini Cooper.
Fit and size
Build and materials
One brake caliper with its bracket, caliper slides, dust boots, bleeder screw, pad hardware and crush washers. Brake pads, wear sensors, anti-squeal shims, the bleeder screw cap and the bracket mounting bolts are not included, so plan on new bracket bolts. This listing is one caliper for the rear left, and that side takes one; the rear right is a separate part ordered separately, and both sides are normally replaced together.
Is this a rear caliper for the left side of the 2007-2015 Mini Cooper?

Does this Nugeon caliper come with the bracket and brake pads?

It is a floating caliper with one steel piston that measures 36.02 mm (1.42 in) across, held in an aluminum casting.
What happens when a rear brake caliper starts to stick or leak?
A sticking or leaking caliper can show up as pulling to one side, uneven pad wear or fluid near the wheel. Have the brakes checked promptly if you notice any of these.
What thread size do the bleeder screw and brake line port use?
On the Nugeon 99-02401B, both the bleeder screw and the inlet port use an M10-1.0 thread. The housing cast numbers are 1956 and 36.
