Nugeon Disc Brake Caliper P/N:99R01856B
TERREPOWER 99P02116A rear right brake caliper for the 2000-2005 Volkswagen Passat and other vehicles clamps the brake pads against the rotor to slow the rear wheel. It is a remanufactured disc brake caliper, sold individually.
A caliper that sticks or leaks fluid can show up as the car pulling to one side, pads wearing unevenly or a burning smell after a drive. Before you replace it, rule out worn pads, a damaged brake hose and a seized slide, because other brake faults can feel much the same.
As a VW Passat brake caliper for the 2000-2005 model years, it goes on the rear right wheel, and it also fits the rear right of the 2001-2005 Audi Allroad Quattro and the 1998-2004 Audi A6 Quattro. That position takes one caliper; the rear left is a separate part ordered on its own, and the two sides are normally replaced together.
