Carry pressurized fluid from the pump to the steering gear with the Sunsong power steering pressure line hose assembly, part number 3602379. It is a direct-fit replacement for the 2001-2007 Ford Escape and 2001-2006 Mazda Tribute, and it installs in the tube-from-pump position on the pressure side of the power steering system. See the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-specific details.
Sunsong is a vertically integrated manufacturer that researches, develops and builds automotive fluid transfer hoses and lines. It designs its products around what installers need and aims to exceed industry quality standards, not just meet them.
Signs this line may need replacing include power steering fluid leaking at the hose or its fittings, a fluid level that keeps dropping, a whining pump or heavier steering effort. If a failed pressure line is the cause, this assembly replaces it.
