Mevotech Supreme Rack and Pinion Bellows Kit P/N:MK7210
Keep road grime, water, and grit out of your front steering rack with the Mevotech Supreme Rack and Pinion Bellows Kit (MK9879). The bellows seal the front steering rack's inner tie rod joints, holding lubricant in and keeping contaminants out. It installs as a direct-fit replacement on many vehicles, among them the 1999-2013 Suzuki Grand Vitara, 2000-2003 Mazda Protege, and 1990-1997 Mazda Miata — see the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list.
Torn or cracked steering bellows let contaminants reach the rack, so replacing them when they split helps keep the steering assembly clean and lubricated. If damaged front bellows are the cause of a leaking or contaminated rack, this kit replaces them to help reseal the rack.
