Designed to help damp brake noise and give your pads a clean surface to bite, the Raybestos Specialty Truck Coated Brake Rotor, part number 680998, is a front vented cast iron rotor built to match OE fit, form and function. It fits many vehicles, among them the 2013-2019 Ford Escape, 2013-2018 Ford Focus and 2014-2018 Ford Transit Connect, all engines. See the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list.

Raybestos made its Specialty rotors for noise-prone applications. Each one pairs a vehicle-specific cooling vane configuration with cast iron matched to the application, aimed at damping noise, improving service life and speeding up brake jobs.

  • Cooling vanes matched to OE designs: These are intended to give good cooling, reduced fade, less noise and longer pad life.
  • Rust protection: Specialty rotors come either fully coated with Grey Fusion 4.0, rated at 300 hours of salt spray, or with a Black Fusion painted hat and edge.
  • SAE standards: The rotor follows SAE standards for tensile strength, hardness and iron grade, for structural integrity.
  • Turned finish: This gives the pads a smooth surface to engage for effective stops right out of the box.

Specifications:

  • Outside diameter: 320 mm (12.598 in)
  • Nominal thickness: 25 mm (0.984 in)
  • Discard thickness: 23 mm (0.906 in)
  • Overall height: 48.8 mm (1.921 in)
  • Bolt holes: 5, on a 108 mm (4.252 in) bolt circle
  • Center hole: 63.5 mm (2.5 in)
  • Type: conventional rotor with a smooth, non-directional braking surface
