Cross Tuned technology: an exclusive rebound valving system plus an advanced compression phase to improve overall handling and performance on and off road.
Progressive Engagement Valving: custom-tuned for each vehicle to help reduce initial impacts at low speeds and minimize a rough ride.
Strong, durable build: a 16 mm nitro-carburized piston rod resists scuffs and corrosion, with double-welded loops at stress areas, a 35 mm sintered iron piston, and a polyvinyl protective boot.
Twin-tube design: a large twin-tube body filled with all-weather fluid runs cooler and is nitrogen gas pressurized to 150 PSI to minimize air-to-oil mixing and reduce damping fade and foaming.

A polyurethane rebound bumper and rubber bushings help absorb ride harshness, while a fluon-banded piston and a low-friction, self-lubricating seal support responsiveness and quicker rebound.
