Built around Rancho's exclusive Cross Tuned technology, this front damper pairs a tuned rebound valving system with an advanced compression phase to improve overall handling and performance on and off road.

• Progressive Engagement Valving: custom-tuned per vehicle to help reduce initial impacts at low speeds and minimize a rough ride.
• Strong construction: 16 mm nitro-carburized piston rod that resists scuffs and corrosion, double-welded loops at stress areas, a 35 mm sintered-iron piston and a polyvinyl protective boot.
• Handles temperature swings: a large twin-tube body filled with all-weather fluid for cooler operation, rated to withstand internal temperatures from -40 to 248°F.
• Reduced fade: nitrogen gas pressurized to 150 PSI to limit air-to-oil mixing, foaming and damping fade.
