• Strong construction: A 16mm nitro-carburized piston rod resists scuffs and corrosion. The loops are double-welded at stress areas, a 35mm sintered iron piston adds structural integrity, and a polyvinyl protective boot is fitted.
• Fade resistance: Nitrogen gas pressurized to 150 PSI minimizes air-to-oil mixing to reduce damping performance fade and foaming.

The large twin-tube body holds all-weather fluid for cooler operation and can withstand internal temperatures of -40 to 248°F. A polyurethane rebound bumper and rubber bushings help absorb ride harshness, and the fluon-banded piston enhances responsiveness to changing road conditions.
