Sealed Power Engine Valve Lifter P/N:HT-2083B (Pack of 128)
Sealed Power HT-2011B valve lifter for the 1997-2002 Jeep Wrangler 4-cylinder 2.5L, the 1997-2006 Wrangler 6-cylinder 4.0L and other vehicles follows the camshaft lobe and passes its motion on to open the engine's valves. This lifter, also called an engine valve lifter, meets or exceeds OEM specifications.
A worn valve lifter can show up as a ticking or tapping noise from the top of the engine or as uneven running. If a worn lifter is the cause, this part replaces it. Low oil level can make similar noise, so read the dipstick with the engine off before you order.
The 1993-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6-cylinder 4.0L, which takes twelve, and the 1996-2002 Dodge Dakota 4-cylinder 2.5L, which takes eight, also take this lifter, along with many other vehicles. It is an O.E. replacement for each of them.
