Ignition Coil for 2009-2019 Toyota Corolla & More - SKP SKIC067

Keep the spark strong and the cylinders firing with the SKP Ignition Coil SKIC067. It drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2009-2019 Toyota Corolla with the 1.8L, 2.0L or 2.4L engine and 2009-2014 Toyota Matrix 1.8L, delivering the high-voltage pulse each spark plug needs to ignite the air-fuel mixture in the combustion chamber.

An ignition coil steps up the vehicle's low battery voltage into the thousands of volts required to jump the spark plug gap. When a coil breaks down, you may notice signs that it MAY need replacing: a rough idle, engine misfire, hesitation under acceleration, a lit check engine light, or reduced fuel economy. Because these symptoms can have other causes, diagnose the cause before replacing — if a failed ignition coil is the cause, this SKP unit replaces it.

• Direct-fit replacement: engineered for the listed Toyota applications.
• Mechanical function: transforms battery voltage into the high-voltage spark that fires the plug.
• Serviceable part: a common wear item that can be replaced when the original coil fails.
