Spectra Premium Radiator P/N:CU2562
Spectra Premium CU1998 radiator for the 1996-2000 Toyota 4Runner 4-cylinder 2.7L and the 1996-2002 4Runner V6 3.4L moves engine coolant through an aluminum core to shed heat into the air. Its structure and design are built to the same durability and expectations as the OE.
Coolant leaks at the tanks or core, an engine that runs hot, or a coolant level that keeps dropping can mean the radiator is failing. Before you replace the radiator, rule out a stuck thermostat, a weak water pump, a split hose and a worn radiator cap, since each of those can also lead to overheating or coolant loss. Check the coolant level only when the engine is cool.
This radiator fits the 1996-2000 Toyota 4Runner 4-cylinder 2.7L and the 1996-2002 4Runner V6 3.4L, and either engine takes a single radiator.
