Standard Ignition ABS Wheel Speed Sensor P/N:ALS1627
Standard Ignition ALS1798 rear left ABS wheel speed sensor for the 1998-2005 Lexus GS300 and other vehicles senses wheel speed and sends the signal to the ABS. It is engineered specifically for Lexus vehicles and mounts at the spindle.
An ABS or traction control warning light can mean a wheel speed sensor has failed. A damaged wire or connector can also set that light, so with the engine off, look over the sensor's connector and wiring for damage or corrosion before you replace the sensor.
It fits the 1998-2005 Lexus GS300, the 2001-2005 Lexus GS430 and the 1998-2000 Lexus GS400. This listing is one sensor for the rear left, which takes one; the rear right is a separate part ordered on its own.
