Standard Ignition ABS Wheel Speed Sensor P/N:ALS2710
Standard Ignition ALS271 rear left ABS wheel speed sensor for the 2002-2004 Nissan Altima reports wheel speed to the ABS. Its signal lets the ABS module follow how fast the wheel turns.
A lit ABS warning light or traction control light can mean a wheel speed sensor has stopped sending its signal. A damaged tone ring, a chafed wire or a worn wheel bearing can be behind those lights too, so find out which is at fault before you buy a sensor.
It fits the 2002-2004 Nissan Altima, which takes one at the rear left. The rear right wheel uses its own separate sensor.
