Standard Ignition Distributor Cap P/N:JH-155
Keep spark voltage flowing to every cylinder with the Standard Ignition JH-215, a 1994-2001 Acura Integra distributor cap that routes high-voltage current from the rotor to each spark plug wire. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 1994-2001 Acura Integra. See the Buyer's Guide tab for engine details.
The distributor cap takes the high-voltage pulse from the rotor and passes it to the correct plug wire terminal as the rotor turns. It also helps keep moisture and dirt out of the distributor. Over time a cap can crack, develop carbon tracks, or build up corrosion on its terminals. Misfires, rough idle, hard starting, or hesitation may be signs this part needs replacing. If a worn cap is the cause, this unit replaces it.

Is this a distributor cap for the 1994-2001 Acura Integra?
Yes. Standard JH-215 is listed for the 1994-2001 Acura Integra. See the Buyer's Guide tab for engine details.
What does a distributor cap do?
It receives high voltage from the spinning rotor and sends it to each spark plug wire terminal in turn. It also helps keep moisture and dirt out of the distributor.
What are signs the distributor cap may need replacing?
Misfires, rough idle, hard starting, or hesitation may be signs of a worn cap, as can cracks, carbon tracks, or corroded terminals. Diagnose first, since plugs, wires, or the rotor can cause similar symptoms.
What is the JH-215 cap made of?
Standard makes its distributor caps from high dielectric strength, glass/mineral reinforced polyester resin. It is designed to reduce carbon tracking and resist electrical breakdown.
Which part numbers does the JH-215 cross-reference?
It cross-references 30102P72006, C773, JD990, EP490, and 19017056.
