Standard Ignition Distributor Rotor P/N:FD-320
Keep high-voltage spark moving to every cylinder in firing order with the Standard Ignition Distributor Rotor FD-105. It is a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications, including the 1952-1956 Lincoln Capri, 1953-1967 Ford F-100, 1955-1967 Ford Fairlane, 1960-1967 Ford Falcon, 1960-1968 Mercury Comet and 1964-1967 Ford Mustang, plus many more classic Ford, Edsel, Lincoln and Mercury models. See the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list and engine details.
The rotor mounts on the distributor shaft and turns with it. It carries ignition voltage from the cap's center terminal to each of the cap's outer terminals so spark reaches the plugs in sequence.
Signs a distributor rotor may need replacing include misfires, hard starting and rough running. A burned or eroded tip or visible carbon tracks found during a tune-up are also signs. Diagnose the cause first. If a worn rotor is the problem, this part replaces it, and the distributor cap is worth inspecting at the same time.

This part cross-references / interchanges with the following part numbers:
What does a distributor rotor do?
It turns with the distributor shaft and passes ignition voltage from the cap's center terminal to each outer terminal, so spark reaches the plugs in firing order.
Which vehicles does the Standard FD-105 fit?
It covers 74 listed classic Ford, Edsel, Lincoln and Mercury applications, such as the 1964-1967 Ford Mustang and 1953-1967 Ford F-100. See the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list and engine details.
What are the brass segments for?
Standard uses solid brass segments on its distributor rotors for better conductivity and a higher-voltage spark to the plugs.
How does the alkyd material help?
The high-grade dielectric strength alkyd resists dirt sticking to it. That decreases carbon tracking and is intended to extend service life.
How do I know my rotor needs replacing?
Misfires, hard starting, rough running, or a burned or carbon-tracked rotor tip can be signs of a worn rotor. Diagnose the cause first; if the rotor is at fault, FD-105 replaces it.
