It is designed specifically for Ford engines, is 100% new, and is calibrated before it leaves the line.

• Metering and spray: Engine-specific, laser-drilled metering discs calibrate fuel flow rates and spray patterns. They are designed to help restore engine performance and fuel economy. A high-precision, engine-specific nozzle is intended to optimize fuel atomization for efficient combustion.
• Sealing: High-temperature Viton® O-rings are designed to seal properly in extreme conditions and help prevent fuel leaks.
• Corrosion resistance: Corrosion-resistant brass terminals support more consistent performance. A stainless steel calibration slide and spring improve corrosion resistance.

A fuel injector sprays a metered amount of fuel for combustion. If a clogged, leaking or failed injector is causing misfires or rough running, FJ1165 replaces that injector.
