A clogged or leaking injector can show up as a rough idle, hard starting or a fuel smell. Before you replace the injectors, rule out a fouled spark plug, a vacuum leak or a weak fuel pump, since each of those can feel much the same from the driver's seat. The 4-cylinder 1.9L takes one injector per cylinder, and this kit supplies all four.
