Keep your active grille shutters opening and closing on command with the Standard Radiator Active Grille Shutter Actuator, part number AGA1007. It is a direct-fit OE replacement for many vehicles, among them the 2020-2022 Ford Escape, 2021-2022 Ford Bronco Sport and 2022 Ford Maverick. See the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list and engine and trim details.
The actuator drives the grille shutters that regulate airflow through the front of the vehicle. Standard designed it to manage frontal airflow to help reduce aerodynamic drag and improve fuel mileage.
- Airflow control: Designed to regulate the vehicle's frontal airflow, helping reduce aerodynamic drag for improved fuel mileage.
- Direct-fit OE replacement: Built for proper fit, form and function, which makes installation straightforward.
- Durable construction: High-grade industrial plastic resists corrosion and is built to withstand extreme engine temperatures.
- Quality control: As a global manufacturer, Standard maintains quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Signs this actuator may need replacing include grille shutters stuck open or closed, clicking or grinding from behind the grille, or a warning light with a stored grille shutter trouble code. Diagnose the cause before replacing, since wiring or the shutter assembly itself can also be involved.
