Standard Ignition Headlight Switch P/N:DS-1376
Standard Motor Products
Standard Ignition DS-1353 headlight switch for the 2000-2007 Ford Taurus and other vehicles controls the headlight circuit.
A switch that sticks, feels loose, or lets the headlights flicker or cut out can be worn, though a bulb, fuse or wiring fault gives the same signs. Before replacing it, look over the connector with the engine off for melted plastic, burn marks or loose terminals, and leave circuit testing to a shop.
It is a headlight switch for the 2000-2005 Ford Excursion, the 2001-2005 Mercury Sable and the 2000-2007 Ford Taurus. The 2000-2007 Ford Taurus takes one.
