Standard Ignition HVAC Blower Motor Resistor P/N:RU-703
Standard Ignition HVAC Blower Motor Resistor P/N:RU-703
$99.99

Regain control of your cabin fan speeds with the Standard Ignition HVAC Blower Motor Resistor RU-703. It drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications: the 2010-2013 INFINITI QX56, the 2014-2016 INFINITI QX80, and the 2009-2015 NISSAN ARMADA. This is the FRONT HVAC blower motor resistor, wired into the blower motor circuit to set the different heater and A/C fan speeds.

What it does mechanically:

  • Sets fan speeds: adds calibrated resistance to the blower motor circuit so the fan can run at its lower and mid-range settings instead of only full blast.
  • Direct-fit replacement: designed to install in place of the original resistor on the listed vehicles without modification.
  • Signs it may need replacing: the blower works only on the highest speed, one or more speeds drop out, or the fan stops responding to the speed selector. Diagnose the cause before replacing, since wiring, the switch, or the blower motor can produce similar symptoms.

If a failed front blower motor resistor is the cause of your missing fan speeds, RU-703 replaces it and restores the resistor stage of the circuit.

Interchange: Manufacturer part number RU-703 (also RU703).
