Quick facts
- Part: Standard Ignition US1457 switch
- Fits: 2015-2017 Volkswagen Golf and other vehicles
- Condition: New
A worn ignition starter switch can show up as an engine that will not crank when the key is turned, starting that comes and goes, or accessories that cut out. A weak battery, a tired starter or a faulty relay can be behind those signs too, so find the cause before you buy. If the switch is at fault, this one replaces it. Only one switch goes into each car.
Fits
Among the vehicles it fits are the 2015-2017 Volkswagen Golf, the 2019 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack and the 2015-2017 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen. It is a direct-fit OE-replacement switch for these cars. If your Volkswagen isn't one of them, look up its year and model in the "Vehicles it fits" section.
