Standard Ignition Intercooler P/N:CAC22
Standard Ignition CAC21 intercooler for the 2013-2016 Ford Escape 4-cylinder 2.0L and other vehicles cools the air a turbocharger compresses before it reaches the engine. The part is also called a charge air cooler.
A leaking or damaged intercooler can show up as lost power, oil residue around the hose connections or bent fins on the core. If it is the cause, this unit replaces it. Before buying, look over the cooler and both hose connections with the engine off and cool for cracks or oil seepage, because a split or loose hose can produce similar signs.
It is a direct-fit OE replacement for the 2013-2016 Ford Escape 4-cylinder 2.0L and the 2016-2018 Ford Focus 4-cylinder 2.0L, tested to OE specifications, with one intercooler per car.

How many hose connectors does this intercooler have?
It has two hose connectors. The intercooler takes one unit per vehicle.
