Standard Ignition Mass Air Flow Sensor P/N:MAS0314
Standard Motor Products
Standard Ignition MAS0202 mass air flow sensor for the 1995-2002 Chevrolet Camaro V8 5.7L and other vehicles measures the air entering the engine and sends that reading to the ECU. The ECU uses the reading to balance the air/fuel ratio.
A failing mass air flow sensor can show up as a check engine light, a rough idle or hesitation under throttle. Before replacing it, look over the intake duct clamps and the sensor plug with the engine off for cracks, looseness or damage; problems there can affect the readings too. This listing is one sensor, and each engine takes one.
This mass air flow sensor is also a direct-fit replacement for the 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe V8 5.7L or 6.5L and the 2004 Pontiac GTO V8 5.7L.
