Standard Ignition Mass Air Flow Sensor P/N:MAS0245
Standard Ignition MAS0333 mass air flow sensor for the 2000-2004 Volkswagen Jetta V6 2.8L and other vehicles measures the air entering the engine and reports it to the ECU. The ECU uses that reading to set the air/fuel ratio.
A rough idle, hesitation or a check engine light can come from a failing sensor, though other faults produce similar symptoms. Before you replace it, look over the connector and the intake duct with the engine off for cracks, loose clamps or oil and dirt.
This is a direct-fit OE replacement for the 2000-2004 Volkswagen Jetta V6 2.8L and the 2001 Volkswagen Eurovan V6 2.8L.
