Standard Ignition Vapor Canister P/N:CP3401
Standard Ignition CP3370 vapor canister for the 2004-2012 Mazda 3 4-cylinder 2.0L or 2.3L and the 2010-2012 3 4-cylinder 2.5L traps fuel vapor from the tank for the evaporative emission system. The vapor stays in the canister until the engine can draw it in.
A fuel smell near the car or an evaporative emission warning light can mean the canister has a fault. These signs alone do not prove the canister is the problem, and a loose gas cap is another common cause of that light. If the canister is the cause, this one replaces it.
This direct-fit OE replacement fits the 2004-2012 Mazda 3 4-cylinder 2.0L or 2.3L and the 2010-2012 3 4-cylinder 2.5L, and each of them takes one canister. The connector and terminals are OE-matched, and the canister is specially engineered for higher-mileage Mazda vehicles.
