Standard Ignition CP3513 vapor canister for the 2012-2016 Nissan Versa 4-cylinder 1.6L and other vehicles holds fuel vapor from the tank as part of the evaporative emission system. It is specially engineered for higher-mileage Nissan vehicles.
A fuel smell, an evaporative emission warning light or trouble at fill-ups can mean the canister has failed, but they can have other causes. Before replacing it, look over the cool, parked car for a cracked housing or loose, damaged vapor hoses. A shop can test the evaporative system.
This canister is a direct-fit OE replacement for the 2012-2016 Nissan Versa 4-cylinder 1.6L and the 2014-2016 Nissan Versa Note 4-cylinder 1.6L. The car takes one canister.
